1. Company
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Migotona OÜ (registry code 17484025, VAT no EE102976456, address Side tn 6, 79805 Kohila alev, Kohila vald, Rapla maakond, email [email protected], telephone +372 5342 5325) and the customer when using the online store migotona.com.
Migotona OÜ is registered for VAT. All prices displayed in the online store are final, in euros, and include VAT.
2. Ordering
To place an order, browse the product catalogue, choose a suitable product, upload your personalisation file (logo, text, etc.) and complete the checkout process. An order is deemed placed once payment has been received.
The contract becomes binding on Migotona at the moment the order confirmation email is sent. If for any reason (depleted stock, technical error) the order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer and refund the payment in full.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€), are final and include VAT. Nothing is added on top of the purchase price. On request, we issue an official VAT invoice to businesses.
Migotona OÜ has the right to change product prices. The price displayed on screen at the time of ordering applies.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by bank link or bank card through the Montonio payment service. The main Estonian banks and Visa/Mastercard card payments are supported. Payment is processed over a secure HTTPS connection.
The order is sent to production once payment has been confirmed as received.
5. Delivery
The product is shipped within Estonia to a parcel locker (Omniva, DPD, Itella) or by courier. Delivery costs are shown during checkout before payment is confirmed.
Parcel locker delivery cost: 3,50 €. Courier delivery cost: 5,90 €. Free delivery on orders from 50 €.
6. Delivery time
Production and delivery of products usually takes 3–7 business days after payment is received. The exact time for personalised (engraved) products depends on the product and quantity. We inform the customer of any delays by email.
7. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, by notifying Migotona in writing ([email protected]).
Exception for personalised products: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's personal specifications or clearly personalised (including personalised engraved items). By ordering a personalised product, you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

8. Right to lodge complaints and claims
The consumer has the right to lodge a complaint if the product does not conform to the contract within 2 years of receiving the product (Law of Obligations Act § 218(2)). Any non-conformity must be reported within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 months after its discovery.
To lodge a complaint, write to [email protected], including the order number, a description of the non-conformity and, if possible, a photo. In the case of a justified complaint, we undertake first and foremost to repair or replace the product; if this is not possible, we refund the purchase price. Migotona OÜ bears the cost of repairing or replacing any non-conformity that appears within the first 6 months. We respond to complaints within 15 days.
9. Processing of personal data
To fulfil the order, we process the customer's name, email, telephone number and delivery address. More information: privacy policy.
10. Resolution of disputes
In the event of a dispute, we try to resolve the matter through direct contact ([email protected]). If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee, which operates under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA).

11. Amendment of terms
Migotona OÜ reserves the right to amend these terms. Amendments take effect from the moment of publication. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
