Right of withdrawal

Applies to non-personalised products where the product is still unused and in its original packaging.
For personalised engraved products, the right of withdrawal does not apply — they are made to your order.
1. 14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer (a private individual purchasing outside their business activity) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract (an online store purchase) within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To withdraw, notify us in writing by email at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. In your message, please state:
- Name and contact details
- Order number
- The products you wish to withdraw from
- Date of receipt
2. Exception: personalised and engraved products
Important: In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (the Consumer Rights Directive) and § 53(4)(3) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's personal specifications or which are clearly personalised.
All Migotona engraved products are made specially to your order (your logo, text or design is engraved) — they are therefore personalised, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.
By ordering a personalised product, you confirm that you are aware of this exception and agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
3. Defective or incorrect product
If the product you received has a technical defect (e.g. a faulty engraving, disintegrating material) or does not match the order (wrong product, wrong engraving content), proceed as follows:
- Notify us as soon as possible, no later than 2 months after discovering the defect. The right to lodge a complaint applies for 2 years from receipt of the product.
- Send an email to [email protected] including:
- The order number
- A description of the defect
- A photo of the defect
- We decide how to resolve the case: replacing the product, remaking it, or refunding the money.
4. Return procedure (non-personalised products)
Where the right of withdrawal applies:
- Send the withdrawal notice by email before the 14-day period expires.
- Send the product back to us within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice. The customer bears the return costs, except where the product is defective.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

5. Refunds
We refund the order amount (excluding return costs) within 14 days of receiving the product back and checking its condition. We refund the money to the same means of payment used for the purchase.
6. Model withdrawal form
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may complete the model form below. Its use is not mandatory — withdrawal may also be communicated in any other unequivocal form (e.g. by email).
